Who Are These Templates For?
Our templates are created for product-based brands⸻both business owners and brand designers⸻but can be customized to suit other needs as well. Templates come with a Mini Help File and are very beginner-friendly.
What Software Do I Need?
Templates are compatible with Adobe InDesign CC, as well as CS4, CS5, CS5.5, and CS6. You will receive both an INDD file and an IDML file to ensure broad compatibility. Please note, these templates are not compatible with Canva or any other design software.
Are the Fonts Included?
Templates use widely available fonts from Google Fonts. If you have an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, you may also have access to an Adobe Fonts version of the same typeface. While similar, there may be slight differences in spacing or character support. You’re always welcome to substitute the fonts with your own to better suit your brand⸻instructions are included in the Help File.
How Can I Use These Templates?
All templates are licensed for commercial use. If you’re a business owner, you can use these templates to create content for your own brand. If you’re a designer, you can use them to create content for your client and share as exported files. Please do not share the editable template files with clients or colleagues, as the license covers use for only one user (1 Seat).
Do You Offer Support?
A Mini Help File is included with your purchase to help you get started. While I don’t provide software troubleshooting, I'm happy to answer any questions specific to the templates. If you’re unsure about anything, please reach out before purchasing.
Do You Offer Customization?
At this time, I do not offer customization services outside the Nordic countries. However, I welcome your suggestions and ideas for future templates and additions to existing collections!
Do You Offer Refunds?
Due to the digital nature of my products, I do not offer refunds, as files cannot be returned once downloaded. Please reach out with any questions before making a purchase.
